Charlie Becomes Permanent Part of SWR

Well done to Charlie for becoming a permanent member of the team!

Charlie started by working in Production at SWR as part of Astley Cooper Schools’ award-winning Work Based Learning Initiative. The scheme provides 6th form students work opportunities alongside their studies with the potential for apprenticeships or full-time roles at the end of their course.

Now, eight months later, Charlie has become a full-time SWR employee – a great example of the scheme working to full effect.

SWR are proud to have worked closely with Astley Cooper School on this scheme over the last four ears. It's a testament to his hard work and willingness to learn that Charlie’s done so well in such a short space of time. Keep it up Charlie!
