130 Tonne 1S Press

The 130 tonne 1S press consists of three separate functions in one powerful machine: a press body, work bench and hydraulic unit. Its versatile, single pillar design means the machine can be mounted upright or upside down in a flat or tilted position.

An electric twin pedal means operator can use both hands to handle rope assembly. There’s also a “hold position” for rope or sling adjustment while the timer function ensures the hydraulic unit shuts down after idle period. This saves energy resulting in noise and cost reduction.

The pressure gauge can be pre-set with required pressure which will open the die set automatically once limit is reached. This saves time plus reduces die wear and tear. In addition, the work bench’s built-in shelf is designed for die sets while an open design means easy access to the pressing area.

A 4kW hydraulic unit ensures reliable and efficient pressing of your components.
