SWR recommend using a 4mm 7x19 Galvanised Wire Rope coated to 5mm in Clear Nylon. However, Other wire ropes and coatings are available on request.
Please note that all gym cables have a tolerance of +/- 15mm

UPGRADE TO MaxFlex© - THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE OPTION
MaxFlex© is a plastic-coated steel rope that has been specifically developed for use in weight-lifting equipment. The rope has been tested to 200,000 cycles, which is 50% more than any standard product in the UK. This makes it particularly impressive for commercial equipment thanks to the high level of safety, outstanding performance and low wear.
