Process wire ropes quickly and in a variety of diameters with the Wire Cutting & Fusing machine from Gripple Automation. It’s optimised for use with the Gripple Dereeler and capable of delivering approximately 1500 units of 1m length per hour.
After the wire is cut and fused, it is fed into a downstream machine or deposited into a dispensing tray. A simple user interface ensures you have full control over wire length and batch quantities.
With a compact design, the Gripple Automation Wire Cutting & Fusing machine will fit easily into your manufacturing process, cutting wire sizes from 1mm to 6mm at up to 2 metres per second.

8mm 6x19 galvanised wire rope with a fibre core was the best product to use for the customers’ wakeboarding systems. It’s more flexible and perfect for applications where the rope needs to run over pulleys.
Industry Wake
Customer required 1000 metres of 10mm galvanised wire rope for hanging elements. They also needed 550 metres of 12mm rope for zip wires and fall protection harnesses, plus 3000 cable clamps along with other fixings.
